Senior Project Manager

Finvi is looking for Senior Project Manager.This position will be remote.The RoleVelosidy is cutting edge dynamic workflow software that is agile and innovative. The solution is disrupting the ARM industry with AI and machine learning features. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Senior Project Manager who will take a consultative approach to oversee the successful implementation of our SaaS product for new and existing clients. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of product deployment, from initial client onboarding through to full product adoption and success. You will deliver a new to market product and influence process, tool selection, and best practices. In this role you will have visibility, meaningful contribution and impact. This position will focus on Enterprise clients with data and configuration challenges. The ideal candidate will have independent responsibility for solutioning and driving results. You will have strong project management experience implementing complex multi-phased, highly configurable software for Enterprise level customers. You must be authorized to work directly for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship or transfer.What You'll DoProject Planning & Execution: Lead the end-to-end implementation process of our SaaS solution, including defining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful business results for customers Client Onboarding & Kickoff: Facilitate client onboarding sessions and product kick-off meetings to establish clear goals, expectations, and timelines for successful implementationCross-Functional Collaboration Developing and leveraging relationships with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on client/project dependencies and effective communication of status updates and timelinesClient Relationship Management: Serve as primary point of contact for clients during the implementation, developing strong business relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client needs are met and driving satisfaction through outcomes Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks or delays, developing mitigation strategies, and driving internal and external stakeholders on a path to resolutionDocumentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders on progress, milestones, and potential roadblocksTraining & Support: Ensure customers are adequately trained on the platform, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring a smooth transition to full usagePost-Implementation Handover: Once the implementation is complete, transition clients to the customer success team for ongoing support and long-term relationship managementWhat You'll NeedQualifications:Experience:Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing complex highly configurable SaaS product implementations Proven track record of managing end-to-end software implementation projects Skills & Expertise:Strong understanding of SaaS products, cloud-based solutions, and subscription modelsExperience using project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and clients in a consultative manner Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role (the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location). Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.At Finvi, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and equity. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and role. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
