About the position Responsibilities • Deliver culturally sensitive, age-specific team-based nursing care for Primary Care patients. • Perform phone triage, including assessment, screening, and clinical advice. • Document nursing care accurately and efficiently. • Utilize internal and external resources appropriately. • Provide functional supervision to assistive personnel and collaborate with healthcare teams. Requirements • Valid Michigan RN license. • Three years of RN experience in Adult Internal Medicine (including Adult Inpatient, Emergency Services, or Ambulatory Care Medicine). • One year of OB/GYN RN experience in Ambulatory Care, Labor and Delivery, or one year of Pediatric RN experience. Nice-to-haves • BSN • Certification in Ambulatory Nursing • Ambulatory Phone Triage experience • Experience providing care to Family Medicine patients. • Experience providing care to OB patients in the ambulatory care setting. • Experience providing care to pediatric patients in the ambulatory care setting.
