Job Description:
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Lead and manage multiple commercial and multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
ā¢ Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
ā¢ Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
ā¢ Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
ā¢ Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
ā¢ Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
ā¢ Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
ā¢ Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and other team members.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
ā¢ Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on commercial and multifamily projects.
ā¢ Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish, on time and within budget.
ā¢ Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
ā¢ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Proficiency in project management software and tools.
ā¢ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
