[Remote] Presales Systems Engineer – HPE Networking (Aruba + Juniper) - Los Angeles Region

We are seeking an experienced Presales Systems Engineer to join the HPE Networking team, acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners, driving adoption of advanced networking solutions across enterprise and public sector environments.ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on HPE Networking solutions, including Aruba wired/wireless, ClearPass, Central, Juniper switching, routing, security, and automationPresales Engagement: Partner with account teams to understand customer requirements, deliver technical presentations, and create compelling solution proposalsSolution Architecture: Design complex networking solutions that align with customer business objectives and technical requirementsProof of Concept (POC): Lead POCs and solution validation activities to demonstrate value and performanceThought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive technologies, and emerging innovations; share insights with customers and internal teamsPartner Enablement: Support channel partners with technical training and solution positioningSkills5+ years in networking or IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a customer-facing technical roleProven experience designing and presenting enterprise networking solutionsDeep knowledge of network design principles, routing/switching, wireless, security, and SD-WANFamiliarity with cloud-managed networking, automation, and AI-driven operationsAruba, Juniper, or equivalent industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, JNCIP) strongly preferredExceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilitiesCandidates must reside within the greater Los Angeles region and have the ability to travel to customer sites throughout the Los Angeles region on a regular basisExperience with competitive networking solutions and ability to articulate differentiationUnderstanding of SLED environments and procurement processesKnowledge of network automation frameworks and integration with cloud platformsBenefitsCompetitive compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunities.We strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing.We also invest in your career because the better you are, the better we all are.
