Be part of a team that makes a real difference. Job Description: We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Provider Network Solutions team. In this role, you'll manage the complete lifecycle of moderately-to-highly complex projects from approval through closeout, ensuring planned results are achieved on time and within budget. You'll work directly with our senior leadership team to establish and achieve strategic goals while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end management of complex provider network projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverable tracking systems to ensure on-time completion Create executive-level presentations and reporting for senior leadership Facilitate effective project meetings and serve as the single point of contact for project status updates Implement formal processes for resource management, budget oversight, risk mitigation, and change management Coordinate with multiple business units and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address challenges before they impact timelines Manage internal resources and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives Research and assist leadership in developing new strategic initiatives and project designs Balance multiple competing priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Minimum 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-level projects, with at least 2+ years at executive or C-suite level Demonstrated expertise in both agile and waterfall project management methodologies Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent project management tools Strong technical aptitude with experience implementing business process improvement projects Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience working in healthcare, insurance, or provider network environments preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Benefits: We’re committed to supporting your ultimate well-being through our total compensation package offerings that support your health, wealth and self. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $80,000 - $100,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
