If you're an experienced project leader with a passion for production-heavy, social-first campaigns — and the ability to bring clarity and calm to complex, fast-moving work — this could be your next move.In this role, you’ll help lead day-to-day operations across a major pharmaceutical client. You’ll manage social content development, event activation support, creative asset production, and cross-functional team alignment. It’s a chance to own the details, drive the big picture, and collaborate closely with strategists, creatives, earned media experts, and digital specialists in a truly integrated team. What You'll Do Drive daily project operations across workstreams — including social campaigns, video and static asset development, and event supportOwn timelines, status trackers, and follow-ups with clarity and consistencyGuide internal teams to align around client needs and priorities, often without a traditional account leadCoordinate across specialties — creative, strategy, paid, social, earned, and digital — to keep work moving and unlock solutionsDevelop and maintain project scopes, staffing plans, and documentation with minimal oversightPartner with Finance to track budget burn and anticipate future resourcing and financial needsSupport milestone planning for clinical, data-driven, and branded campaignsContribute to the evolution of team process and workflow, constantly looking for ways to improve how we operate Basic Qualifications A skilled project manager with5–7 yearsof experience, preferably in PR, marketing, or digital agency environmentsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Who You Are Deeply familiar with social-first campaign delivery and content production — including video and static creative packagesConfident navigating healthcare or pharma client relationships (oncology experience a plus)A proactive communicator who leads through detail, structure, and thoughtful follow-upSkilled in project planning and tools like Smartsheet, with financial acumen to support tracking and forecastingEnergized by cross-functional teamwork and managing up/down/across effectivelyCalm under pressure, with a bias for action and a passion for problem-solving Additional Information #LI-EB1An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees.
