Senior Program Manager REMOTE

In this innovative role, you will spearhead the delivery of AI training data projects at scale, shaping program-level strategy and execution. Accountabilities
Define program goals, roadmap, milestones, and operating model across multiple projects and vendors.
Lead a delivery team with clear goals, capacity plans, coaching, and performance feedback.
Act as the day-to-day executive contact; run governance, planning, and QBR-style reviews.
Co-own quality outcomes with the Manager of Quality; align on guidelines, audits, and acceptance criteria.
Plan and secure rater/annotator capacity; optimize shifts, automation, and tooling.
Build and manage budgets, ensuring commercial and delivery commitments stay aligned.
Maintain program RAID; lead root-cause analyses and escalate high-impact items.
Standardize SOPs, templates, and dashboards; pilot and scale automation.
Ensure policy adherence for data handling, privacy, and platform access.
Coordinate with Sales/Account, Quality, Operations, and Vendor Management. Requirements
Experience in program planning and portfolio governance across multiple projects.
Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills for goal setting and performance feedback.
Excellent communication with senior client stakeholders and internal leaders.
Proficient in project management tools, spreadsheets, and BI dashboards; familiarity with SQL/ETL is a plus.
A quality mindset with practical application of SOPs and QA processes.
Sound judgment regarding scope, time, cost, and quality with negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively with global, distributed teams (advanced English required). Benefits
