Let’s talk.What You'll DoWe are looking for a senior Program Manager who can lead complex, cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations. This role requires someone who can operate across both Agile product teams and business-driven implementation workstreams. You will act as the connective layer between systems and business processes, ensuring alignment across priorities, data, workflows, and timelines. You will be expected to bring structure to ambiguous environments, drive decisions across competing stakeholders, and ensure programs move forward with clarity and accountability.Who You'll Bring8–12+ years of Program or Project Management experienceExperience working within Scrum/Agile environments while managing broader program delivery across business teamsProven ability to lead complex implementations that span both technical systems and operational processesStrong experience bridging gaps between Product, Engineering, and business stakeholdersExperience managing dependencies across integrations, data flows, and multi-team workflowsExperience working with global, distributed teams across multiple time zonesDemonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across competing prioritiesStrong communication and negotiation skills, with comfort engaging senior leadershipExperience managing and mentoring junior PMs and Business AnalystsAbility to operate independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environmentsCSM, PMP, or similar certificationExperience in large-scale system implementations or transformation programsFamiliarity with data migration, testing cycles, and multi-system integrationsExperience in media, agency or similarly complex operational environmentsResponsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional programs involving multiple systems and business teamsAct as the bridge between Product/Engineering teams and Finance/Operations stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, workflows, and prioritiesTranslate complex business scenarios into clear, actionable inputs for technical teams, and ensure outputs meet business needsDrive clarity across interdependent work streams including data readiness, integrations, process design, and testingIdentify and manage risks related to data, workflows, and system dependencies early in the lifecycleEstablish program structure, governance, and clear ownership across teamsFacilitate decision-making and proactively push stakeholders toward resolution when progress stallsPartner with senior leadership to communicate status, highlight risks, and recommend paths forwardEnsure testing, validation, and go-live readiness are well-coordinated across teams with competing prioritiesManage and mentor junior PMs and Business Analysts while also directly leading critical work streamsHold teams accountable to timelines, deliverables, and agreed-upon decisionsTotal Rewardsbillups’ pay and benefits can vary by country, location, number of regularly scheduled hours worked, length of employment, and employment status.Well-being programs including medical, dental and vision benefits (varies by market)Generous 401(k) match program (USA) and pension schemes (global markets)Annual bonus plansGenerous holiday and paid time offLearning & Development offerings for global employeesPaid maternity leave and paternity leave (varies by country)Local get togethers and community team building
