Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure it reflects user needs, business priorities, and market trends.
• Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation to guide development efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and customer support, to plan and prioritize work for each sprint.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, market data, and industry trends to inform product decisions.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, retention rates, and customer satisfaction to measure product success.
• Release Management: Oversee the release process to ensure quality guidelines are met and schedule new features or updates effectively.
• Track and report project KPIs and analyze project health
• Manage key stakeholders both internal and external to UST, establishing and maintaining positive relationships.
• Maintain regular communication with customer; addressing needs through empathy with their environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
• At least 10 years experience in product management or technical project management with at least 5 years client interface and leadership combined experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software products on time and within budget.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and methodologies.
