You will be at the heart of enabling content and product managers to accelerate the speed and autonomy of experimentation, manage content at scale, and personalize user experiences effortlessly. By building intuitive internal tools that require minimal technical knowledge, you will significantly speed up how we deliver wellness solutions, innovate and drive our growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and guide the product vision and strategy for CORTEX, focusing on making experimentation simple and accessible.Create tools that enable teams to launch most tests without needing any coding skills or engineering help.Transform how we manage content into a flexible system that updates in real time across all our Wellness apps.Build a platform to manage app content, user targeting, experiments, and onboarding processes.Use data insights to continuously improve the CORTEX platform and ensure it meets our teams' evolving needs.Partner with all teams in the Wellness stream to identify, prioritize and deliver high-impact initiatives that accelerate progress toward Welltech’s business goals.Required skills:Proven track record of driving measurable efficiency gains with internal platforms, demonstrated by metrics like reduced time-to-insights and increased experiment velocity.Expertise in designing intuitive interfaces for non-technical users, resulting in significant decreases in onboarding time and support requests.Data-driven prioritization skills, with a history of improving "speed to impact" metrics, such as dramatically reducing A/B test launch times.Strong analytical abilities, evidenced by the successful use of data to inform product strategy, optimize features, and increase experiment learnings.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, proven by leading cross-functional projects to achieve ambitious, metric-driven outcomes.Candidate journey⭕️ Recruiter call --> ⭕️ Meet a team member --> ⭕️ Skills assessment--> ⭕️ Meet the Leadership team✨ Why You’ll Love Being Part of Welltech:Grow Together: Join a culture that champions both personal and professional growth.
