Main responsibilities will include: Drive growth and performance: Own revenue and unit targets for the PAD portfolio across Europe through focused, data-driven strategies and consistent execution. Shape the market: Develop and implement country-specific strategies that position BD PAD as the partner of choice for physicians and healthcare systems. Foster collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Market Development and Regulatory teams to ensure aligned and impactful initiatives. Engage with KOLs and HCPs: Strengthen relationships with existing key opinion leaders and identify new clinical partners in collaboration with country teams. Lead engagement initiatives: Support physician engagement programs, workshops and Centers of Excellence to keep BD at the forefront of clinical education and innovation. Execute with excellence: Design and implement marketing campaigns, advisory boards and major congress activities that deliver measurable impact. Empower local success: Provide tools, content and strategic direction to help local teams customise plans, accelerate adoption and reach business goals. Launch and manage lifecycle: Ensure launch readiness for new products and seamless coordination from regional to local execution. Translate insights into action: Analyse market data, trends and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and guide portfolio strategy. Continuously improve: Test new ideas, evaluate performance and refine marketing programs to maximize impact and ROI. About you: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field. 5+ years of experience in product or marketing management within the healthcare or MedTech industry. Demonstrated success in multi-country product launches and portfolio management. Familiarity with European healthcare systems and decision-making processes. Experience working with KOLs, clinical education teams and commercial organisations. Excellent presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to turn business goals into actionable marketing strategies with measurable outcomes. Experience in both upstream and downstream marketing, ideally within medical devices or healthcare technology. Strong analytical mindset and a passion for making data-driven decisions. Collaborative leadership style, able to influence across a matrix organisation. Customer-centric approach with deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics and stakeholder needs. Growth mindset and curiosity to explore new approaches, learn fast and improve continuously. Willingness to travel up to 50% across the region.
