Responsibilities AI Search Strategy: Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for AI-driven search and discovery features (e.g., token/transaction search, predictive analytics, personalized recommendations)Data-Driven Insights: Utilize large-scale datasets (on-chain/off-chain user behavior) to identify patterns, optimize search relevance, and improve user engagementAI/ML Integration: Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design and deploy scalable AI models (NLP, semantic search, ranking algorithms) that enhance search accuracy and speedUser Experience Design: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, intuitive search interfaces that cater to both retail and institutional usersMarket & Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, search technologies, and cryptocurrency to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edgeStakeholder Alignment: Partner with executives, compliance, and product teams to align product goals with business objectives and regulatory requirements Requirements Experience: 5+ years in product management, with 3+ years focused on AI/ML-driven search, recommendation systems, or data-intensive products.
