As a Senior Product Designer in the CXI Design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer-facing user experience across all sides of blithequark's marketplace - consumer, merchant, and Dasher. Your expertise will help us build a world-class marketplace that addresses the complex needs of our users, driving customer satisfaction and business growth. About the Role This senior-level position requires a deep understanding of design thinking, creativity, and innovation. You will lead the user experience of products end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the vision and strategy. Your responsibilities will include: Contributing to product strategy and running design sprints to craft compelling visions Working closely with product managers, engineers, and other disciplines to build and ship designs Delivering clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities Creating, collaborating, and refining flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals Designing and shipping high-quality product improvements that drive business metrics What We're Looking For We're excited about candidates who bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. Compensation and Benefits The location-specific base salary range for this position is competitive, with a range of $152,000 - $228,000 USD in California, New York, and Washington. Actual compensation will be decided based on factors including skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. In addition to base salary, the compensation package for this role includes opportunities for equity grants, comprehensive benefits, and perks.
