Property Management Sales Associate - B2B Realty

B2B Realty is a leading player in the property management and brokerage industry, dedicated to providing top-notch services to property owners and investors. Our dynamic team is committed to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven PM Sales Associate to join our growing team in Cleveland, Ohio. The PM Sales Associate will play a key role in driving the growth of our property management and brokerage services. This individual will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and executing sales strategies to enhance B2B Realty’s market presence. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the real estate and property management industry, and be eager to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This role is predominantly a work from home role, but it should be noted that the employee is required to come to office on certain days as needed, and that B2B reserves has the right and may change its work-from-home policy at any time and require employees to work in-office.

Responsibilities
• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, emerging trends, and competitor offerings.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads to drive business growth.
• Effectively communicate B2B Realty’s property management and brokerage services to prospective clients.
• Conduct client consultations to assess their property management needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and service offerings through meetings, presentations, and other communication channels.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales efforts and relationship building and close deals while ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback to the management team.
• Prospect and develop for new leads and business relationships
• Attend local networking events on behalf of the company
• Hold in-person meetings at the office with clients
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with property owners, real estate investors, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline tracking, and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to management.

Requirements
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the real estate and property management industry.
• Active real estate license or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Sound knowledge of real estate and property management practices.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM and Property Management software and tools like AppFolio,
• LeadSimple and Google Docs.
