Position: Senior Procurement Analyst - Multicategory Portfolio
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Procurement Analyst to join our team, responsible for implementing and supporting procurement strategies for our multicategory product portfolio. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuity of supply and capitalizing on benefits in Total Cost of Ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the administrative process of purchasing for multicategory portfolios
Assist in negotiation processes to ensure correct management with suppliers and achieve business objectives
Manage the process of onboarding new suppliers and articles, supporting inventory management, and generating purchase orders
Validate platform content information, ensuring 100% catalog integrity
Perform price and cost movements, load commercial agreements, and promotions
Propose promotional actions based on inventory analysis, competitive environment, and business performance indicators, coordinating with other areas and units of the company
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Intermediate-level Excel skills
Knowledge of commercial concepts (rebates, margin calculation)
Understanding of statistics and analytical capabilities
Teamwork experience (Operations, Commercial, Administration)
Agile decision-making skills
