The Role: PMO Project Manager
As a PMO Project Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to lead the project management of high-value strategic initiatives that directly shape how we serve our customers. You'll be responsible for orchestrating complex projects from inception through execution, working across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver transformative results.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the project management of high-value initiatives across the RES division, including organizing assignments from project inception and planning to execution and conclusion
Create and maintain project artifacts including project charters, project plans, risk and issue logs, and parking lots, ensuring comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Manage multiple simultaneous projects of varying priority and complexity across various teams or partners, demonstrating exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
Drive the growth of the association's culture at the functional level, ensuring strong alignment with partners across the broader organization
Develop communication strategies and implement processes, activities, and projects that result in optimal dispersal of information and communication consistency, increasing awareness of project expectations, change management, and impact
Support the development of business cases, prioritization, and overall divisional portfolio management, contributing to strategic decision-making at the leadership level
Maintain and establish effective relationships and feedback loops between leaders, functional partners, and cross-divisional arenaflex teams
Support the evolving design and growth of the RES PMO capability and the development of a Center of Excellence for strategic portfolio management
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment between various business units and stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, implementing contingency plans as needed
Champion best practices in project management methodology across the organization

Demonstrated ability and proven history of success in managing and delivering multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity
