Key Responsibilities Initiate, process, and monitor all payroll activities between centers, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Collaborate with various departments, including payroll, HR, benefits, and finance/accounting, to coordinate efforts and drive alignment. Provide biweekly reporting to management teams and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests, demonstrating your analytical and problem-solving skills. Assist with reconciliations of payroll prior to final submission for approvals, showcasing your attention to detail and organizational abilities. Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to changing priorities and requirements. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: 5+ years of demonstrated experience with multistate payroll and tax functions, showcasing your expertise in payroll operations. Proficiency in UKG Pro or UltiPro, with a strong understanding of payroll systems and processes. Current knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems, with the ability to manipulate large datasets and drive insights. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong prioritization and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly preferred: Advanced MS Excel skills, with the ability to create complex models and drive data analysis. Experience working in a remote environment, with a proven track record of productivity and collaboration.
