Whether business or tech collaborations – you create and scale strategic partnerships that drive measurable customer acquisition. From first contact to co-marketing, you lead, negotiate, activate, and turn partnerships into growth engines.Here's how you'll make an impact:Own and scale our partner ecosystem – build high-impact business & tech partnerships that bring in qualified leads and new customersLead the full lifecycle – from outreach and deal-making to activation, enablement, and long-term successShape our partner strategy – develop and evolve a performance-driven partner program aligned with company goalsDrive joint marketing – plan and execute campaigns with partners across channels (landing pages, email, content, co-branded initiatives)Collaborate cross-functionally – align closely with marketing teams, product, and content to amplify resultsLeverage AI tools to optimize targeting, campaign outcomes, and reportingYour qualificationProven experience in partner management or business development with clear growth results – ideally in SaaS or digital businessStrong B2B marketing know-how – you know how to build campaigns with and through partnersConfident communicator, strong negotiator, and relationship builderKPI- and performance-driven – you turn data into decisionsFluent in German (native level) and English (C1+)You live in Germany.Why This Role MattersThis role puts you at the heart of our growth strategy – with the autonomy, resources, and visibility to make a real impact.Ready to take the lead?
