What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement change strategies in transformation projects, ideally in the context of SAP
- Design and roll out Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, Whatfix, Userlane)
- Create AI-driven learning solutions and personalized enablement concepts
- Execute stakeholder analyses, communication initiatives, and training programs
- Collaborate closely with HR development, IT, and business departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Several years of experience in Organizational Change Management, ideally within technology-driven projects
- Expertise in the use and implementation of Digital Adoption Tools and learning platforms
- Familiarity with change methodologies such as ADKAR or comparable frameworks
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a keen sense for organizations in transition
- Excellent command of both German and English
