We seek a Senior Mobile & Cloud DevOps Engineer to pioneer high-performance Flutter deployments on GCP. You'll engineer low-latency systems, automate AI-powered CI/CD pipelines, and secure our mobile infrastructure - ensuring our virtue-driven app delivers transformative experiences with technical excellence. Responsibilities β’ Achieve <100ms P99 latency for Cloud Functions and <800ms app cold starts β’ Reduce CI/CD pipeline runtime by β₯40% through advanced optimization β’ Architect Terraform-managed infrastructure (GKE, Cloud Run, Vertex AI) β’ Implement global low-latency solutions (Cloud CDN, HTTP/3, Cloud Armor) β’ Build zero-touch CI/CD pipelines for iOS/Android (Codemagic/Fastlane) β’ Enforce performance budgets (APK size <15MB, automated rollback <90s) β’ Optimize GPU-accelerated Vertex AI workloads β’ Secure Firebase/GCP environments (IAM policies, Firestore rules) Requirements β’ 5+ years DevOps engineering with 2+ years GCP specialization β’ Experience in Flutter optimization (tree shaking, AOT compilation, Skia profiling) β’ Mastery of CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, Argo Rollouts) β’ Proven success reducing mobile latency β’ Proficiency in IaC (Terraform), Python/Bash, and AI pipeline deployment Benefits β’ Equity-Based Compensation Model Until Break-Even β’ Equity calculations move dynamically based on your fair market rate and actual number of hours worked. β’ equity freezes at each member's current earned percentage and compensation switches to salary + benefits β’ equity percentage gets paid out annually as part of the profit sharing. β’ flexibility in working hours Apply tot his job
