What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, implement, and maintain innovative reporting tools and dashboards for marketing applications
- Analyze and interpret data findings to provide insights into financial, operational, and strategic marketing aspects
- Develop strong hypotheses and uncover business insights for growth opportunities
- Acquire and cleanse data for statistical techniques
- Facilitate monthly forecasting process with stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- MS or Bachelors' degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related disciplines
- MBA preferred
- Minimum of y years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or managing analysts
- Experience with business intelligence reporting tools
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Laboratory Diagnostics experience
- Experience with Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau
- Knowledge of data migration and mining
- Ability to work independently
- Exceptional communication skills
