They are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to scale their sales and revenue engine by bridging strategic leadership with operational expertise across sales, marketing, and customer success.ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to the sales leadership team, providing data-driven insights to shape GTM strategy and forecastingDesign and manage territory models, account assignments, quota-setting and the sales compensation and incentive plan as the sales team scalesFacilitate a data-driven Deal Desk model to manage pricing, terms, and risk mitigation in complex enterprise cybersecurity dealsEnsure clean, reliable data flow and system integrations across all key toolsSales Operations: Streamline pipeline management, deal flow, and contract execution to reduce friction and improve win ratesMarketing Operations: Partner with marketing leadership on lead routing, campaign attribution models, and pipeline trackingCustomer Success Operations: Optimise the onboarding and renewal handoff process, track customer health scores, and operationalise net retention metricsSkillsA proven self-starter who operates with confidence in high-velocity, ambiguous environments - equally at ease shaping strategy and rolling up their sleeves to get things done4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy, ideally within a scaling B2B SaaS or cybersecurity companyHands-on experience with critical GTM systems infrastructure, and within the marketing automation and customer success tools stackSolid foundation in sales processes and methodologies, with demonstrable experience across territory design, quota assignment, and sales compensation structuresExceptional data analysis skills with a proven ability to translate raw data into actionable insights and business strategiesAbility to communicate comfortably and effectively with senior and/or executive management; strong motivation/influencing skillsCompany OverviewCyberForce Global is a human resource firm that helps IT industries to find employees.
