The UNICEF, Barack Obama, the Alzheimer's Association, and many others leverage our platform for their online fundraising needs.About The RoleThe Sr Manager of Data & Insights leads the Data & Insights team to provide actionable intelligence and comprehensive reporting across the GTM organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring data-driven decision-making by overseeing data integrity, developing reporting frameworks, and delivering insights that drive business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of data analysts and BI developers to achieve departmental and organizational goals.Develop and implement data strategies that support the company's objectives and enhance data utilization.Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all systems through robust data governance practices.Work with various departments to identify data needs and provide solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.Manage data architecture, including data warehousing and integration efforts.Translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and reporting methodologies.Foster a culture that prioritizes data-driven decision-making across the organization.Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.6-8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data management roles.5+ years of proven leadership experience managing data and analytics teams.Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and SQL.Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights to non-technical audiences.Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data governance best practices.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.BenefitsOur compensation package includes comprehensive benefits and perks, meaningful equity, and a competitive salary:30 days offHome Office Setup Assistance: the company offers assistance with purchasing furniture (office chair, office desk, monitor) and other items to create a comfortable workspace.English learning courses (50% reimbursement, up to $1,000 annually).Relevant professional education (50% reimbursement, up to $1,500 annually).Gym or swimming pool (50% reimbursement, up to $500 annually).Coworking (up to $250 monthly).Remote working.**Please note: All official correspondence from Fundraise Up will exclusively originate from the @fundraiseup.com domain.
