ā¢ Translate professional workflows and decision making processes into structured research inputs

ā¢ Ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all submitted work
ā¢ Work independently in a fully asynchronous, research driven project environment
Skills
ā¢ Minimum four years of full time experience in property management, real estate management, or community association management
ā¢ Strong understanding of real world operations and decision making in this domain
ā¢ Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken
ā¢ Reliable access to a desktop or laptop computer
ā¢ Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of tasks during a short term project
