The Opportunity:

As Senior Manager, Media, you will be responsible for developing and scaling media strategies and execution for Sephora's Brand Media and Multi-Brand Co-Op (MBC) campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Media, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Sephora's Marketing organization - including Category Marketing, Brand & Seasonal, and Marketing Effectiveness - to deliver best-in-class media programs that drive business objectives and performance. In this role, you will also serve as a key representative of Sephora to industry media partners - building strategic relationships, championing innovation and driving thought leadership to ensure Sephora remains at the forefront of media excellence.

In addition, you will:
• Be the day-to-day thought leader on Brand Media and MBC for internal Sephora teams
• Ensure media programs are built to deliver against Sephora's objectives/goals and best practices
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders on media strategies, tactics and content development while pushing the envelope on media innovation and creativity
• Lead creative thinking and brainstorming of innovative ideas and strategies to support Sephora brand initiatives
• Partner with Analytics to understand and quantify the role designated channels play against a variety of KPIs: brand health and engagement, client acquisition and online/offline sales
• Track innovation within the industry, and evaluate and identify new partners and technology that will drive best-in-class channel strategies and activations for Sephora
• Provide thought-leadership and partnership to external agencies and platforms
• Maintain Sephora's media budgets and ensure finance compliance internally and externally with agency and media partners
• Manage, coach and develop team members - fostering growth, accountability and a high-performance culture that supports both individual career progression and team success

We're excited about you if you have:
• 6 years of relevant experience in Brand Media with omni-channel, offline and online media experience
• Management experience: this role will have 2 direct reports
• Blend of creative and analytical thinking to uncover insights and drive innovative media and content strategies
• Working knowledge of marketing, media platform and supporting technologies
• Strong creative instincts and best practices to drive brand KPIs and engagement
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of detailed projects with initiative, organization and prioritization
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset and ability to translate insights into action
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly collaborative with experience working cross-functionally across internal teams and external partners
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

The annual base salary range for this position is $151,810.00 - $163,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
