Key Responsibilities:
Provide business partnership and financial management of processes, projects, and ad hoc commercial financial analysis to drive business results
Partner with Finance Directors to deliver results, ensure customer commitments are met, and provide commercial analytical expertise to the business
Lead and influence cross-functional teams, including finance and platform services partners, to achieve business objectives
Develop and execute strategic business and financial plans for customer portfolios, including financial forecasting, P&L management, and risk identification
Build and maintain strong customer-facing relationships with internal business partners and external customers, providing effective communication and stewardship of financial performance
Requirements for Success:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
5+ years of experience in financial solutions, strategies, and influencing work, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
Strong skills in financial management, business planning, forecasting, and analysis, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other financial tools
Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills, with the ability to cultivate internal and external customer relationships and drive cross-functional teams
