We are therefore looking for amazing people to add to our team!About the role: Want to kickstart your HR career while working on real, meaningful projects? We’re hiring a full-time intern to support our People Operations team. You’ll be coordinating real recruitment processes, keeping our office running smoothly, and helping build a great employee experience at a fast-paced startup. Bonus: if all goes well, this internship can lead to a full-time position! This role requires 2-days in office, with the opportunity to work abroad or remotely up to two months per year. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to: Monitor and respond to the HR inbox for employment verification letters and general questionsHelp manage employee data and workflows in our HRISSupport onboarding for new hires, including scheduling, documentation, and equipment set upContribute to ongoing HR projects and team initiativesKeep the office stocked and running smoothly (water, snacks, supplies, etc.)Coordinate internal events like our quarterly socials and team-building activitiesBe our go-to person for all things logistics, troubleshooting, and office vibesLead internship recruitment from job posting to onboardingCoordinate recruitment for junior Operations and Sales roles (e.g., Estimators, Logistics, Junior Buyers)Schedule interviews and keep hiring managers informedEnsure candidates have a great experience throughout the processSupport the creation of content that showcases GoMaterials' culture and team life (job posts, careers page, LinkedIn, etc.)Help promote open roles and milestones across platforms What we're looking for: In your final year of a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field. Recent grads are welcome too!Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skillsProactive, curious, and eager to take initiative and learn on the flyComfortable working in English (French is a strong asset)Familiar with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft OfficePrevious experience in an HR or administrative internship, co-op, or part-time role is a bonus Additional Information From day one, you get to...
