Job Posting Title: Senior Manager, Brand Social (Hulu) Req ID: 10129232 Job Description: Hulu's Marketing team is seeking a Sr Manager, Brand Social who will be an exceptional leader within our Brand Social team. Reporting to the Director of Brand Social Innovation and Community, this role will be responsible for executing Hulu's social media strategy, managing its day-to-day implementation and overseeing campaigns that span title, brand, culture, events and Hulu + Live TV. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who can inspire, develop and guide a team of social strategists to deliver breakthrough results that elevate Hulu's brand position. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Lead a team of 2+ direct reports, fostering innovation and excellence in every project. • Be a strategic leader within the Brand Social team, guiding the social efforts for campaigns and helping cement processes and operations that transform team efficiency and impact. • Manage and help own the social budget effectively across various platforms, initiatives and campaigns. • Be a cross-functional teammate who engages, listens and collaborates with internal teams on Hulu's overall marketing strategy. • Develop strong working relationships with leadership including studios, agencies, talent, and affiliate partners, acting as a central hub for social-related questions and issues. • Be an inspiring peer and help develop out of the box and first-to-market experiences, activations, and content that will drive social conversations and increase brand love. • Take bold creative swings with ideas to create first-of-its-kind social content experiences. • Drive the organic and boosting content strategy to cultivate deeper conversation and earned media. • Analyze key performance metrics regularly, making necessary recommendations for improvement to elevate campaign effectiveness and business outcomes. WHAT TO BRING • 7+ years of social media marketing & strategy experience at a media/entertainment brand, network, studio or advertising agency. • 2+ years of management experience leading a social media team & agencies. • A portfolio of work that showcases delivering results for high impact social media campaigns including strategy, ideation, and execution. • Strong interpersonal skills, and collaborative working style - ability to inspire, motivate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals. • Experience managing external agencies/partners/talent without oversight. • Experience presenting campaigns and delivering results to external talent and partners as well as internal senior executives. • Strong ability to make sound copy decisions using intuition and data. • Excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills. • Experience using publishing and measurement software: Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, Netbase, ListenFirst, CrowdTangle, Tubular, Helixa, Kantar. #JConference2025 The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $111,000 to $152,500 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
