Senior Learning Designer - Sales Enablement

By offering integrated content, training, and coaching for partner sales teams and leaders, this team empowers every stage of the partner journey—fuelled by technology and guided by data-driven insights.In this role you’ll scope, design, and create powerful resources, assets, and campaigns that inspire real behavioural change and unlock sales potential. You’ll bring bold thinking, sharp strategies, and impactful programs of work that elevate sales capability all across the business. The result? A sales team equipped to consistently hit performance targets, building stronger partner relationships, and a seamless, beautiful experience for every partner we support. What you'll do: Work closely with global sales experts, technology experts and the product specialists to scope and design fit-for-purpose learning and performance interventionsUse content authoring tools, visual design tools and the LMS to create end-to end learning experiences such as multi-touch campaigns, courses, job aids, process docs, assessments and multimedia resourcesDrive continual improvement of our enablement program so that it is effective, relevant and supports long-term behavioural change for our sales teamCoach other content creators in the team to help them apply learning and content best practices and facilitate team collaborationReview content created by peers to ensure high-quality, consistent instructional materials that are aligned with learning objectivesLead project planning and execution, manage stakeholder relationships, and track project performance for continuous improvement What you'll bring with you: Experience using/working with Saas sales processesAbility to use authoring tools (Evolve) & visual design tools (Adobe and LMSs)Experience in developing interactive, engaging and effective learning resourcesExperience with developing both digital and face-to-face experiences and assets (online learning courses, videos, interactive PDFs, LMS pages, workshops, virtual sessions, job aids and learning campaigns)Experience conducting root cause analysis, training needs analysis and provide data-based analysis and reportingExperience with project and stakeholder management with demonstrated proactive problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of L&D trends, developments and best practices Additional Information Why Xero?Offering very generous paid leave to use however you’d like (plus statutory holidays!), dedicated paid leave to care for your physical and mental wellbeing as well as an Employee Assistance Program to access mental health care for you and your family, health insurance, life insurance, and income protection, wellbeing and sports programmes, employee resource groups, 26 weeks of paid parental leave for primary caregivers, an Employee Share Plan, beautiful offices, flexible working, career development, and many other benefits that reflect our human value, you’ll do the best work of your life at Xero.
