Position: Artifact Expert ā Lawyer / Legal Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100ā$150/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Review existing legal documents and provide detailed, constructive feedback.
ā¢ Create original legal artifacts from scratch, including contract drafts, memos, and briefs.
ā¢ Annotate and comment on artifacts to improve structure, reasoning, and legal rigor.
ā¢ Apply your legal expertise to ensure artifacts reflect realistic, high-quality professional output.
ā¢ Work independently and asynchronously to deliver consistent, high-quality work on a flexible schedule.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ 3+ years of professional legal experience as a practicing lawyer or attorney.
ā¢ Bar admission in any jurisdiction.
ā¢ Background in litigation, corporate, transactional, regulatory, contracts, IP, or general counsel work.
ā¢ Strong written communication and attention to detail.
ā¢ Self-directed; can deliver consistent, high-quality work on a flexible schedule.
