This role involves leading a team in creating marketing strategies that drive new pipeline creation and revenue growth across various buyer segments.ResponsibilitiesBuild and own the growth marketing strategy — defining target segments, channel mix, campaign architecture, and pipeline targets in close partnership with the SVP of Marketing and Communications and Sales leadershipDesign and execute multi-channel demand generation programs including account-based marketing (ABM), digital advertising, content syndication, paid and organic digital channels, email nurture, and webinar programs tailored to targeted buyer personasIdentify and implement the right tools, platforms, and processes to support scalable demand generation — standing up capabilities that don't exist today where neededIntroduce AI-assisted workflows across marketing operations — including content production, campaign optimization, and lead scoring — to increase team velocity and efficiencyEstablish clear KPIs and reporting for demand generation: pipeline contribution, conversion rates, cost per opportunity, and channel-level ROI. Build the dashboards and cadences to make this data actionablePartner with Revenue Operations to strengthen lead management infrastructure; scoring models, routing logic, CRM integration — ensuring clean handoffs to SalesCollaborate with Sales to define and improve the inbound lead process, including qualification criteria, distribution logic, and follow-up cadenceOwn the company's event strategy, including Unite Us-hosted events and One Continuum, the annual customer conference — with clear goals tied to pipeline generation and customer engagementDevelop field marketing programs aligned to state-level and regional sales priorities, including presence at key industry eventsBuild demand generation approaches tailored to complex, multi-stakeholder procurement cycles and policy-aligned thought leadershipSupport healthcare IT analyst relations and amplify customer evidence programs — case studies, ROI stories, peer references — that accelerate deals and strengthen competitive positioningEnsure marketing data practices and tracking align with healthcare data sensitivity and evolving digital privacy requirementsBuild, lead, and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team — setting clear expectations, managing performance, developing talent, and managing agency relationships and budgetSkills10+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with significant time in demand generation or growth marketing leadership5+ years building and leading marketing teams of 5+ peopleTrack record of building demand generation programs and infrastructure — not just inheriting mature systems.
