Senior Kubernetes Engineer (SME) Location: Fully Remote Duration: 6+ months Interview: Virtual Role Overview We are searching for an Expert Kubernetes Engineer & Terraform SME (not a traditional DevOps Engineer) who can simplify and optimise complex wrappers in AWS and Azure libraries for Kubernetes cluster creation. This role requires deep platform engineering experience and strong automation skills. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and manage Kubernetes clusters in AWS and Azure. • Simplify complex wrappers and libraries for Kubernetes cluster creation. • Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform. • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions (must have). • Automate deployments and platform workflows. • Troubleshoot, optimise, and enhance Kubernetes environments. Required Skills • Expert-level Kubernetes experience. • Strong Terraform SME background. • Extensive hands-on experience with GitHub Actions. • Strong experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms. • Platform engineering mindset (not just DevOps). • Ability to simplify and standardise complex infrastructure code.
