Job Overview: As a Retail Store Associate and Stocker, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining store operations, and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting customers to ensure the highest level of service
Operating point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately
Driving customer loyalty program participation and processing rewards
Participating in freight flow processes, including truck unloading, stocking, and merchandise recovery
Maintaining store appearance, including light maintenance and cleaning duties
Performing daily front-end maintenance tasks, such as check stand cleanliness and replenishment of merchandise and supplies
Completing other tasks as assigned by Store Leadership, including cart retrieval, shrink control, and safety-related tasks

Basic English literacy and math skills required
