Job Summary:
We are seeking a
Senior Java + Python Developer
with strong backend engineering and cloud migration experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in
Java-based legacy systems
along with
recent hands-on Python development
, and proven experience in
AWS cloud migration projects
.
Key Requirements:
• 15+ years of total IT experience
(Must be based in the USA)
• Strong background in
Java (Spring Boot / Microservices preferred)
• 5+ years of recent hands-on Python development
• Extensive experience with
AWS Cloud services
• Must have hands-on experience with
AWS Lambda
• Proven experience in
on-premise to AWS cloud migration
• Strong backend development and system design experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain backend services using
Python (primary)
and
Java (legacy support)
• Work on
modernizing legacy Java applications
into scalable cloud-native solutions
• Design and implement
serverless architectures using AWS Lambda
• Lead and contribute to
on-prem to AWS migration initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for
cloud transformation strategies
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance optimization

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 10–15+ years of experience in backend and cloud engineering
• Strong expertise in both
Java & Python ecosystems
• Hands-on experience with
AWS migration and serverless architecture
• Experience working in
enterprise-level transformation projects
