Bilingual Inside Sales Associate - Remote (Start Date: 5/11/26) (Spanish/English)
The Bilingual Phone Sales Associate is primarily responsible for closing and scheduling installations for leads received via phone from both English and Spanish speaking customers.
What You'll Be Doing:
⢠Handle warm leads, communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish (primarily via phone), close sales, and schedule installations (No Cold Calling)
⢠Build value in order to uncover needs and overcome objections
⢠Maintain minimum quality expectations
⢠Timely follow up on active prospect list
⢠Work with Sales Team management, on an ongoing basis, to improve performance.
⢠Ability to understand the entire sales process, from lead creation to closing
⢠All other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
⢠High School Diploma require; Bachelor's Degree preferred
⢠0-3 years of sales experience
⢠Ability to type 30+ wpm
⢠Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish languages
⢠Strong motivation and desire to control own income (commission-driven sales professionals)
⢠Hourly range is $30-60 per hour (made up of base + uncapped commission)+ 401(k) + benefits.
