Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Java Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with a team of software developers of various levels of experience. As a Senior Java Engineer, you will participate in the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance and scalable Java-based Digital Workers based on WorkFusion’s Work.AI platform. You will also participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and ensuring the overall quality of the codebase.

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based Digital Workers based on WorkFusion’s Work.AI platform.
Collaborate with other team members to produce high quality outcomes.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Maintain code integrity and organization.
Contribute to continuous improvement and the Agile development process.
Qualifications/Experience
5-8 years of Java programming experience
Solid understanding of SQL Programming
Exposure to Python programming a plus
Understanding of design patterns and OOP
Solid understanding of distributed systems and application integration (SOAP, REST, etc)
Basic administration knowledge of Unix/Linux and MS Windows
Exposure to DevOps practices
Familiarity with Agile software development practices
Critical thinking to be able to work with high-level requirements
Strong communication skills
