**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware and software products
* Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
* Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet customer needs
* Perform multiple tasks across various platforms and applications
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
* Empathize with customers and provide a customer-centric approach
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills

**Essential Qualifications:**

* At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or technical support
* Experience supporting customers through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions
* Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
* Strong technical skills, including knowledge of hardware and software products
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Knowledge of technical support software and tools

**Additional Requirements:**

* Open to attending training sessions on a flexible schedule that may include evenings or weekends
* Adaptable to work between the hours of 7:00 a.m. CST and 10:30 p.m. CST, including weekends and holidays, with the ability to flex up or down hours depending on business needs
* Persuading fulfillment regarding a pre-business assessment and individual certification
* Persuading fulfillment regarding the initial training program
* Ponder all assumptions of the job within the first 120 days of work
* Prepared to meet a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while communicating with customers
