Senior Industrial Engineer - Operations Efficiency

Our client, a global leader in manufacturing, is actively recruiting a Senior Industrial Engineer for a fully remote position. This role is critical for driving operational excellence and optimizing efficiency across our client's production facilities. You will leverage your expertise in industrial engineering principles to analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven solutions. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing process improvements, lean manufacturing initiatives, and supply chain optimization strategies. Your work will directly impact cost reduction, quality enhancement, and overall productivity. This position requires a thorough understanding of simulation software, statistical analysis, and process mapping techniques. You will work with cross-functional teams, including operations management, IT, and supply chain personnel, to gather data, define project requirements, and implement changes. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively is essential. Experience with Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable. You will also be responsible for developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring operational performance to ensure sustained improvements.
