Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer - Remote

Job Title: Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer (CIAM Specialist) Location: Remote, USA Duration: Long Term About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional with strong expertise in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Ping Identity products including PingOne, Ping DaVinci, and PingFederate, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure authentication and authorization solutions for enterprise and customer-facing applications. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement CIAM solutions leveraging Ping Identity products (PingOne, Ping DaVinci, PingFederate). Develop and configure authentication flows, orchestration, and federation for various applications. Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise systems and third-party applications. Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices for identity management. Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues in production and non-production environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, application development, and infrastructure teams. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 810 years of experience in Identity and Access Management with a focus on CIAM. Strong hands-on experience with Ping Identity suite: • PingOne Ping DaVinci PingFederate • Expertise in authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML). Experience with API security, Single Sign-On (SSO), and federation services. Knowledge of cloud-based IAM solutions and integration with SaaS applications. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with identity governance and access lifecycle management.
