Senior HRIS Administrator (SuccessFactors)
Senior HRIS Administrator - SuccessFactors A Senior HRIS Administrator with strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors is required by Whitehall Resources to work with a globally recognized, end-user client of ours on a permanent/ direct hire (FTE) basis. This position will involve a hybrid working pattern during the first 3 months (training period), with travel to Indiana required. This position offers remote working with monthly/ quarterly travel thereafter.

Do you have?
• Over 7 years of experience in HRIS roles?
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central administration experience?
• Strong understanding of HRIS/ HCM principles? (data models and governance, system architecture, security frameworks, configuration/design etc.)
• Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules? (Recruiting & Onboarding etc.)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills?
• Excellent communication skills with proven stakeholder management skills?
