Key Responsibilities
Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify and address breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents
Process corporate activity activities, settle and reconcile transactions, and process returns activity
Perform analysis of complex and escalated issues, including testing and validation of new technology enhancements and provider changes
Complete projects in trading, dividends, transfers, reconciliation, and corporate actions that directly impact client/advisor profiles
Collaborate with retail and institutional service teams using email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce
Interact with fund companies, transfer agents, counterparties, and other external business partners to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
Duties Analysis
As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing subscription deals or transfer requests, client/advisor amount exceptions, and regulatory commitments. You will also be responsible for reconciling business, dividend, and transactions breaks, and reviewing and analyzing correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding errors.
Troubleshooting
In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting internal and external system issues or concerns, identifying the root cause of breaks between arenaflex, fund companies, and other external partners, and providing method or technology solution alternatives to management. You will also be responsible for remediating transfer issues with fund companies or counterparties, and answering business partner inquiries regarding fund information requirements and eligibility.
Essential Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
