Program Operations & Deeming Support • Support the FTCA deeming process by reviewing health center applications, risk management protocols, and credentialing documentation for completeness and compliance with program requirements. • Conduct rapid assessments of FTCA technical assistance and deeming processes, identifying gaps in daily operations, compliance, and oversight functions. • Serve as a technical resource for grantees navigating FTCA coverage questions, scope determinations, and claims-related inquiries. • Assist in developing and refining risk management benchmarks, including review of quality improvement plans, credentialing standards, and privileging criteria submitted by health centers. Stakeholder Engagement & Technical Assistance • Prepare and deliver presentations, webinars, and training materials for grantee audiences on FTCA policy updates, program requirements, and general healthcare topics • Represent the FTCA program in interagency workgroups, advisory committees, and external stakeholder convenings as assigned. Data Analysis & Reporting • Analyze FTCA deeming related sessions and program metrics to identify patterns, compliance gaps, and opportunities for policy improvement. • Contribute to the preparation of program evaluations, and performance measurement frameworks related to the FTCA program.
