Senior Graphic Designer (Remote)

MicroBIM is a technology company delivering innovative software solutions for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. We’re driven by quality, collaboration, and the goal of transforming how AEC professionals work. We are currently seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help us build a strong visual identity across all digital and marketing channels. Responsibilities: - Design and create engaging visuals for digital platforms, including websites, social media, presentations, and marketing materials. - Develop brand-aligned graphics, icons, and UI elements that reflect MicroBIM’s identity and values. - Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to deliver impactful visual content that enhances communication and storytelling. - Maintain design consistency across all internal and external materials. - Support product UI/UX improvements through design insights and visual refinements. - Create layouts and design templates for campaigns, newsletters, and company documents. - Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and performance goals. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design (preferably in a tech or creative environment). - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. - Strong understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and layout design. - Experience designing for both print and digital media. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with tech startups or software companies. - Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools. - Familiarity with motion graphics or simple animation (After Effects or similar). - Knowledge of design systems and component-based design in Figma. - Understanding of marketing design requirements for social media campaigns and ads.
