ABOUT THE ROLE ‍♀️ We're seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our Growth Marketing team. Reporting to the Creative Director, you'll be part of our design team focused on creating high-converting direct response advertising. You'll collaborate daily with copywriters, video producers, editors, and digital media buyers to develop compelling campaigns that drive measurable results across our marketing channels. What will set you apart is your exceptional graphic design skills and ability to rapidly produce creative iterations with purpose. **Must be able to travel at least once every other month for business Specifically, you will: Conceptualize and design direct response advertising creative that drives conversions across paid social, display, OOH, and other digital channels Possess strong graphic design skills with the ability to take an idea from ideation to polished, finished work Create multiple unique design directions and variations that push creative boundaries while maintaining brand integrity Develop clear, action-oriented visual hierarchies that guide users toward desired actions Work closely with media buyers and strategists to understand performance data and optimize creative based on results Research and share emerging design trends, innovative ad concepts, and social creative strategies to inspire and inform our work Collaborate with growth team to brainstorm and develop powerful visual concepts that complement direct response copy ABOUT YOU 5+ years of experience in digital design, with proven success in direct response advertising Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in conversion-focused design across multiple digital channels Exceptional graphic design skills with a strong foundation in typography, composition, and visual hierarchy Data-driven mindset with experience using design analytics to optimize creative performance Demonstrated ability to identify and adapt to emerging design trends Strong communication and collaboration skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Passion for fintech and financial empowerment Ability to balance creative innovation with regulatory compliance REQUIRED SKILLS Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Figma Digital advertising formats and specifications Typography and layout design Direct response design principles Understanding of conversion rate optimization Brand identity systems WE OFFER Health, Dental & Vision Plans Life Insurance Long/Short Term Disability Competitive Pay 401k Matching Team Member Stock Purchasing Program (TMSPP) Learning & Development Opportunities Tuition Reimbursement Unlimited PTO Daily Lunch, Snacks & Coffee (in-office only) Commuter benefits (in-office only) Additional information: Salary range of $90,000 - $110,000/year + bonus + benefits.
