Senior Graphic Designer

We need a Senior Graphic Designer to join our brand creative team. You will be part of the Pattern Brand creative team. As a member, you will become a key storyteller of the Pattern brand, and its strategy, and will visually capture the concepts based on project requests. The Pattern brand creative team is a resource for all departments and branches of the company to build cohesiveexperiences for both our partners and employees. We consistently strive to push the brand and our creative team in new ways. This role reports directly to the Creative Director of India. What is a day in the life of a Senior Graphic Designer? Create custom visuals to elevate the partner and employee experience including: Large-scale and small eventsCampaignsMailersQuality swag itemsAdsPresentation deckseBooksOne-pagersDocumentsBecome a visual storyteller for the Pattern brand and its departmentsCreative Strategic thinking to push concepts beyond project parametersHelp develop and push the Pattern brandCollaborate with the creative team to execute concepts through the final productionManage your time and projectsCommunicate with team members across the companyPresent work to the creative team, bringing a strong design point of view What will I need to thrive in this role? Minimum 3 years experienceBFA degree in Graphic Design or related fieldAdvanced typography skills are a mustStrong portfolio showcasing relevant skill set and Creative thinkingStrong layoutProficient with Adobe Create Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and qualityStrong file management and organizational skillsExcellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsOutstanding time management skillsAbility to concept beyond a project parameters Additional Information Pattern is an equal opportunity employer.
