You’ll be managing and extending multiple products, developing JavaScript apps using our custom MERN stack, and collaborating on strategies to refine and improve our architecture.In this role, you will: Manage and extend multiple products and their APIs ️ Develop and maintain JavaScript apps built on a custom MERN stack Support and mentor less senior developers as their responsibilities grow Collaborate with our Product Owner on new strategies and solutionsThis is a full-time role with somewhat flexible hours, but you’ll need to be available for our core collaboration time from 8 AM - 12 AM MST, Monday to Friday.RequirementsTo excel in this role, you need:✅ 5+ years of experience with Javascript & 3+ with MERN stack - MongoDB, Express.js, React & Node✅ Strong experience with stateless API-driven components✅ Experience with Playwright or other testing engines is a plus✅ Knowledge of Docker and containerization in a Linux environment✅ Strong experience with stateless API-driven componentsBrownie points for:⭐ Proficiency in PostgreSQL and server-side templating⭐ Knowledge of cloud technologies like Vultr or AWSWe’re looking for someone deeply focused on tech and obsessed with competition and performance.You should be excited about building better architecture, improving systems, and creating real competitive advantages.If you thrive in an environment where ownership and initiative are valued, this is the role for you.BenefitsWhat’s in it for you? $6,000 - $6,500 per month (higher for strong architectural experience)*⏳ Full-time & fully remote 20 days PTO per year⚡ Flexible work schedule Empowering atmosphere with ownership and growth opportunities*Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence.
