Job Overview This is a full-time remote position based in Texas, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a collaborative and supportive team. As a Senior Data Entry Clerk, you will operate data entry devices to perform a variety of duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations. Your primary responsibilities will include moderate work experience within your own function, completing tasks with minimal supervision, and contributing to the team's objectives. You will be required to work our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST, with the flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on business needs, particularly during the open enrollment period from October to February. Key Responsibilities: Moderate work experience within own function, with the ability to complete tasks without established procedures Basic tasks are completed without review by others, demonstrating a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Supervision/guidance is required for higher-level tasks, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations Collaborate with the team to achieve objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve overall performance Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age or older 1+ years of experience working in customer service, with a strong focus on providing excellent support and resolving issues efficiently Experience with AS400 and computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications Experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook, with strong typing skills and attention to detail Ability to work during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm CST, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on business needs Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a data entry role, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices Knowledge of healthcare operations and systems, with a passion for improving patient outcomes and experiences Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results Ability to remain focused and productive each day, despite tasks that may be repetitive Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
