Job Description Location: Remote (U.S., preferably California) Start Date: 10/21/2025 End Date: 10/20/2026 Full-time: 40 hours/week About the Role: Join our client's Products team as a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, where you'll build innovative digital experiences that connect and empower our global workforce. You'll be instrumental in creating platforms that help our client's employees discover relevant events, connect with colleagues, and feel more engaged with our company culture. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop full-stack web applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms to aggregate event and gathering data Create personalized, data-driven user experiences that help employees discover local events and networking opportunities Develop scalable backend services and APIs using GraphQL and other modern technologies Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions Partner with various organizational teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions Contribute to building a culture of belonging through thoughtful product development Required Qualifications: 5+ years of full-stack software development experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for web development Hands-on experience with React (Next.js preferred) and Node.js Experience building and maintaining third-party vendor integrations Familiarity with GraphQL and modern web technologies Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and troubleshoot data-related issues Excellent communication skills with demonstrated success collaborating across technical and non-technical teams This role offers the opportunity to directly impact employee engagement and connection at one of the world's leading technology companies while working with cutting-edge technologies and a collaborative team environment.
