Senior Full-Stack Developer, React, SQL, Amazon Connect, AWS
Job Description:
• Build advanced UI features using React, including custom CCP extensions and embedded agent tools
• Design and optimize SQL data models supporting reporting, analytics, and operational workflows
• Develop integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge, and Kinesis
• Implement data ingestion and transformation patterns for CTRs and agent events
• Build secure, scalable APIs and microservices aligned with AWS Well‑Architected principles
• Participate in architectural design sessions for contact center modernization
• Mentor developers and enforce engineering standards
• Troubleshoot complex issues across UI, API, AWS services, and data layer
• Support production troubleshooting across the full AWS stack
Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong React experience (hooks, state management, component architecture)
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (CTR data, contact flows, CCP customization)
• Strong SQL and relational database fundamentals
• Experience with event-driven architectures and streaming data (Kinesis, EventBridge)
• Familiarity with IAM, VPC, CloudFormation/SAM, and AWS security best practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git‑based workflows
• Preferred AWS Certifications: Developer Associate, Solutions Architect Associate/Professional
