Job Responsibilities Prepare and deliver financial reports and dashboards highlighting KPIs and operational performance Partner with leadership and department heads to develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Analyze actual results vs. budget/forecast, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions Conduct profitability analysis across products, customers, and business units Build and maintain financial models to support operational and strategic decision-making Leverage data queries to analyze cost structures, forecasting inputs, and performance metrics Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects (e.g., system implementations, M&A) Collaborate closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure alignment and data integrity Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA preferred 5–8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or financial analysis Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas) Experience in multi-entity environments; multi-currency exposure is a plus Background in high-growth or private equity-backed environments preferred
